Building Automation Products

FSD's home automation products maximize the flexibility and reliability of your home automation system. With a line of controllers and protocol bridges that support UPB, X10, and FGI hardwired devices, you can even mix and match devices from all these protocols. Our residential products interact with devices via an intuitive, graphics based interface that eliminates the need for IF-THEN programming.  All FSD bridges and controllers include the following features:

X10-UPB-FGI Bridge Plus The most capable of all FSD Controllers, the Bridge Plus combines all the cross protocol integration capabilities of the X10-UPB-FGI Bridge Controller with Time of Day controller functions.  It has twice the memory of the Bridge Controller, can support 128 devices, and can support a wide range of FGI hard-wired devices (see below).  It is the only controller you would need to support a sophisticated mixed protocol installation, but it can also be used with a legacy controller.
X10-UPB-FGI Bridge Controller Provides a flexible and capable means to support a multi-protocol HA installation.  It seamlessly combines X10, UPB, and FGI hardwired sensors and devices in a single installation for maximum flexibility, reliability, and security.  The Bridge can be used stand alone, with a UPB controller, or a legacy X10 controller.  Add UPB devices to your X10 system to increase its reliability; increase the functionality of your UPB system with specialty X10 devices.  The Bridge provides data logging and run-time PC communications.
X10-UPB Compact Bridge Combine X10 and UPB devices to increase the reliability of your X10 system or device options of your UPB system.  It can be used stand-alone or with a legacy controller.
X10 Compact Controller Single protocol X10 controller for approx. 64 devices.  Floor plan oriented graphical interface and intuitive, graphical device configuration and interaction.
UPB Compact Controller Single protocol UPB Controller for approx. 64 devices.  Floor plan oriented graphical interface and intuitive, graphical device configuration and interaction.
